The website www.e-colorart.gr is the online store of the limited liability company "COLOR ART", located in 18km Spaton, Spata in Greece. Before you enter the online store and browse our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions which apply specifically to the use of the COLOR ART online store,at www.e-colorart.gr.

Make sure you agree to the following terms and conditions as the re-use and navigate our site www.e-colorart.gr implies explicit and unconditional consent and agreement with them.


1. Information and Products

1. COLOR ART committed to the quality, completeness and validity of the information given on the website www.e-colorart.gr, both as to the exact details described as those services supplied by the online store, under subject to any technical or typographical errors that cannot be predicted or occur unintentionally or downtime of the site on grounds of force majeure.

2. Also reserves as the delivery time of the goods in cases of force majeure. The online store www.e-colorart.gr no guarantee can be provided for the availability of products, but guarantees timely information to end users on their unavailability.

3. The www,e-colorart.gr online store provides the content (eg information, names, images, illustrations, etc.), products and services available through the website "as is" .


2. Security & Privacy

COLOR ART recognizes the importance of the issue of security of your personal data and your online transactions and take all necessary measures with the most modern and advanced methods to ensure maximum safety. All information related to your personal information and transactions are secure and confidential.


Client Identification

The codes used to identify you are two: Input (e-mail or username) and Personal Security Password (password), who each time you enter them provide access with complete security to your personal information.

You have the ability to modify your Personal Security Code (password) as often as you wish. The only person who has access to your information are through the above codes and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy and concealment by third parties. In case of loss or leakage should be an immediate alert us otherwise our online store COLOR ART is not responsible for the use of the password by an unauthorized person. We recommend for security reasons, change your password at regular intervals and avoid using the same codes and easily detectable (e.g. date of birth).


Trade Privacy

Confidentiality is obvious. The same basic principles apply in everyday transactions in the case of e-commerce (e-commerce). All information transmitted by the user / member at COLOR ART are confidential and COLOR ART has taken all necessary steps to use them only to the extent necessary in the context of service. Some of the measures taken are the following:

- Only authorized employees have access to the information of your transaction and only when it is necessary, e.g. for processing your requests.

- COLOR ART does not disclose customer information and transactions, unless is with a written authorization from you or a court decision or other public authority

- In any case, the COLOR ART online store in any way disclose or publish your personal data and information entrusted to us. The personal data you share with us with your membership are used exclusively for the execution of your transactions. All information is encrypted and stored securely.


3. Privacy Policy


When you visit the pages of www.e-colorart.gr and to order products, but also to ensure that we can contact you to let you know about our new products, you will likely be asked to fill in your personal information (name , profession, address, date of birth, etc.). Any personal data anywhere on the pages and services of the website of www.e-colorart.gr, intended solely to ensure the operation of the service and may not be used by anyone, without complying with the provisions of Law . 2472/97 on the protection of personal data, as in force at any time.

4. Payment


Pay with PayPal:

Now in www.e-colorart.gr you can make your purchases easily, quickly and securely through PayPal. You can connect your credit or debit card via PayPal and make your transactions. PayPal is the most well-known and trusted intermediary for Online Transactions.

Received your order from our branch. Leandrou 13, Athens, 10443, Greece. Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00, Saturday  09:00 - 15:00

Payment on receipt of your order at (delivery):

Pay the employee of the courier or the employee of our company, with the delivery of your order at your place. The method of payment on delivery applies in orders to all cities of Greece and the cost is 2,80€. For purchases over 50€, you have free cash on delivery.

By bank transfer:

Prepay your order at one of the following accounts of the banks we work with:

and send us a copy of bank payment order by email to info@e-colorart.gr .
Upon receiving a copy of the bank transfer payment, you will receive your order.


5. Order / Product Delivery / Shipping Costs

Checkout

Once you completed your order, you get the following message (example): "YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETED. THANK YOU. Your order number is XXXX. Please check your e-mail. We have sent you a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. "

Delivery

Delivery by ELTA Courier: Delivery days are from Monday to Friday and from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Delivery of the order will take place within 2-3 business days. (in inaccessible areas may be delayed 1 to 2 days above). Sending products to foreign countries is currently unavailable.

Fees / Free Delivery
Transport costs are the same for shipping in any part of Greece and are shaped as follows:
- The shipping charge is  3,20€.
- For courier cash payment the cost is 2,80€.
- For orders over 50,00€, courier cash payment are free of charge.
- Delivery from the store does not entail any transport costs.
* VAT is included in the above prices.


6. Non Completed Order

COLOR ART would like to apologize for rare cases will not be able to complete an order, the reasons may be as follows :
  • The automatic update product availability has not updated for technical reasons the existing availability, since it is an automated process connected online with nine stores.
  • If there would be simultaneous sales in specific product and specific color or size in one of the stores  the availability may not be able to serve simultaneous orders.
  • If you do not confirm the details of the client and there is no response to communication effort then the order is automatically canceled.

However in these rare cases, we ask for your understanding and our professional staff will try to serve you with the best way.


7. Late order
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product you ordered is not available: Among the products displayed in our online store there is the rare case been sold out and our online system  have not had time to automatically update on availability. In this case one of our staff will contact you to give you all the alternatives or cancel the order without any financial charges for the consumer.

In times of extreme weather events or strikes, and in any event of force majeure, which could affect the transport and delivery of your order. Same goes for Sales period.

If it is impossible to contact with you with telephone or e-mail (if a problem occurs on your order, or with the product or in relation with the payment ) ex. the information you entered is not properly updated.


8. Returns - New Products
You have the right to return products purchased and ask for a replacement and the nature of clothing and footwear is such that sometimes may not meet your expectations due to non-physical presence in the store.

Returns / Non-Defective Products

In our believes is that the online store should not be different than a physical store in COLOR ART chain, so the return can be to change the size, the color or for any reason, for example because you are not happy with your product, it is possible refund within 15 working days of receipt.
If the refund is made within 15 working days then COLOR ART cannot accept any return for replacement or cancel the transaction.
We emphasize that the date delivered the product is indicated by the courier on receipt, to control the time limit prescribed.
In each case the returned products must be in the state received from the client, complete and without damage and with the packaging that normally accompanies the product and is in excellent condition, along with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. ITT, Ap Retail, Waybill etc.).

In case of resizing, design, color of clothes, shoes, accessories due to wrong assessment of the client, our client sends back the goods with courier and billing COLOR ART and ship new merchandise by charging customers 2,70 € delivery. In case of refund the charge is 2,00 € for the reversal of the products since you already paid for the shipping charges  you will be charged double the amount  2,70 € for the shipping and 2,70 € euros for the reversal of the products. In all other cases apply the above


Briefly the return and replacement of a product is feasible under the following conditions:
  • the return take place within 15 working days from receipt
  • the product is not being used
  • the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents to prove the transaction (e.g. ITT, Ap Retail, Waybill etc.)
If the product does not meet the above requirements will be returned to the sender.
Otherwise, the redistribution cost (product replacement) costs COLOR ART for one time only.


Return/ Defective Products
In cases where a demonstrable fault COLOR ART sold defective products and poor quality or error in taking the order, the pricing, the shipping, damaged during shipping, poor packaging, etc. then assume full responsibility for replacement costs of the return (we deposit the equivalent costs in the bank account which would indicate), as well as forwarding expenses.
The repayment terms remain the same as those mentioned above.

Stock Clearance
Stock clearance (last items) offers refer to all sport & casual brands’ shoes and clothes. They are valid until items go out of stock and only for orders from the online store. All orders are queued.
